Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we ship all over the world.

We provide free shipping above 2000 INR pan India. Otherwise shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We offer weight + size calculated rates for shipments.

Please note that additional shipping charges may be due on certain international orders. While we do our best to generate accurate shipping quotes on our website, sometimes large international shipments do require additional freight costs.  We will contact you with shipping method options if this is the case. 

Woof. Sometimes things aren’t meant to be, but we’re always happy to try and make things right! We know dog sizing can be tricky, which is why we offer exchanges on our products. When prepping your exchange we only ask a couple of things:  

Make sure your exchange is clean and free of dirt and debris! Bonus points (or dog treats) if you can remove any excess doggy hair. Just like humans, we know pups need to try things on to make sure they're the perfect fit! Please ensure that the product has no wear and tear. The product should be returned in the original packaging, with the receipt/ invoice that was received when the product was delivered.

So, what happens if your exchange isn't in the best condition when we receive it? Unfortunately, for any items that have clear use/wear and tear we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

The amount will be deducted from your account when you make the purchase.


Every dog is sized differently, so make sure to measure your dog according to the reference included on the "How to measure" page.

PLEASE NOTE - Every garment style has a specific size chart that is attached along with the pictures of the product.

Our team has lots of experience in finding the perfect size for all types of pooches - so we're always happy to help you find the right fit for your furry friend.

We take great pride in our products and have a very strict quality assurance process prior to any product being shipped out to you. In the unlikely event that one of our items is faulty, please contact us immediately at

Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to leaving our store. We do not offer an exchange or refund on items that are considered general wear and tear.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

However customised orders will take longer than usual, can be discussed while placing the order.

We only exchange products - NO RETURN POLICY.

We are a small business we ask that you please measure your pup correctly before purchasing any product from us. Every garment has its own size chart added with the pictures. *PLEASE REFER TO THE SIZE CHARTS before placing the order.

If any product does not fit we are happy to exchange the item for another size, or provide you with a shop credit, provided the item is still in its original packaging and is unworn/unused. As we are a small business, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN POSTAGE TO US and any cost difference for any upgrade to your sizing.
