Refund policy

WE DO NOT HAVE A REFUND OR RETURN POLICY. 

You can either exchange the product or redeem a credit note that can be used for your future purchase in case of size issue.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at boofbybellaofficial@gmail.com. Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the following address: G-150 Kalkaji, First Floor, New Delhi 110019, India. BOOFBYBELLA will not bear the cost for the return delivery of the package to the above address.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll inform you through mail or WhatsApp also we will give you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. 
*Please note exchange is possible only in size not in style.

Article exchange is only available if the ordered merchandise is not available in the required size.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, wrong size  so that we can evaluate the issue and take the required action.

NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTE 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your size exchange request, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you can exchange the size of the same product. We do not have REFUND POLICY.
